So, we will keep our pledge very clear and simple:

We pledge that your data, stored with HR Toolbox, will never be used with AI or for AI training purposes.

This includes:

• Employee information
• Profile images
• Company documentation
• Feedback box replies
• And any other data that we may collect once new features are released.

This means NO data will be used for AI purposes by HR Toolbox.

However, if you choose to use your data with AI, we will provide easy access through APIs and data exporting tools. This will allow you to implement your own layer where you can use AI.
